Hi!
This is the continuation of this case
I've followed the instructions to a tee and what I could observe on the black cartridges silverplated nozzle was that there was no black lines at all - it looked completely dry. My magenta cartridge however had three lines of color along the nozzle.
I also went through the documentation here.

Update 15-10-22: So I've waited on a response for almost more than a month now - I still cannot use my printer as the source of my problems originates from the black cartridge - I've printed multiple times and wasted a lot of my colored ink just to see the same results again and again - I'm asking kindly if it is at all possible to just send new cartridges since the original cartridge has obviously dried up,
