Product name is - Hp Inktank 310 Series, (edited).
The printer is printing very low quality of outputs in photo paper.
And while doing Xerox copies there are lines in between the pages.
I recently ran out of ink in the yellow colour tank of the printer, I refilled it and the problem has started ever since.

I understand you're experiencing poor print quality on photo paper and lines during Xerox (copy) operations with your HP Ink Tank 319, especially after refilling the yellow ink tank. Let's work together to resolve this.
Check Ink Levels
Even after refilling, ensure the ink levels are properly detected:
- On the printer control panel, check the ink level indicators.
- If yellow still appears low or empty, the refill might not have been successful or the ink might not be flowing properly.
Run Print Head Cleaning
Ink flow issues after a refill are common. Cleaning the printhead can help:
- Open HP Printer Assistant on your PC.
- Go to Maintain Your Printer > Clean Printhead.
- Run the cleaning cycle (you may need to do this 2–3 times).
Align the Printhead
Misalignment can cause poor photo print quality:
- In HP Printer Assistant, go to Maintain Your Printer > Align Printhead.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
Check Paper Type Settings
Ensure you're selecting the correct paper type in the print settings:
- When printing photos, choose Photo Paper as the media type.
- Use HP Photo Paper for best results.
Copy Quality – Lines on Xerox
Lines during copying usually indicate dirty scanner glass or printhead issues:
- Clean the scanner glass and underside of the scanner lid with a lint-free cloth and glass cleaner.
- Run a copy quality diagnostic if available in the printer software.
Perform Print Quality Diagnostic
Print a Print Quality Diagnostic Page:
- Press and hold the Resume/Cancel button until the printer starts printing.
- Examine the page for missing colors, streaks, or misalignment.
