I'm having printing quality issues with black and white settings; there's usually a shadow / grey area in printed areas.
When I opened the black colour cartridges to inspect them, a straight line appeared on the roller that was not covered in toner powder.
Is there a way of preventing the need for change of new cartridges? I don't want to waste the supply level I still have.
