Even after fully resetting the entire printer, network, and performing multiple cartridge cleanings, the printer is continuing to print lines that are partially cut off horizontally. I tried repeatedly cleaning and adjusting the alignment to try fixing this issue but nothing seems to work. I have researched the issue extensively online with no solution in sight. I even cleaned the cartridges themselves after looking up 50 youtube videos. My friend and I have spent over 5 hours trying to get this fixed with no success. Could anyone please help?

Hi @ROcketsky,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand that you are facing print quality issues with your HP OfficeJet Pro 8035e All-In-One Printer.
Please follow the steps listed below to clean the printhead.
1. From the printer control panel, open the Setup menu.
2. Open the Printer Maintenance menu.
3. If necessary, open the Tools menu, and then touch Clean Printhead. A test page prints.
4. Examine the test page.
5. If the print quality is unacceptable, touch Clean Again to continue the next level of cleaning. If necessary, repeat these steps for the third cleaning cycle.
NOTE: If the printhead is badly clogged, it might require another cleaning cycle. If so, wait 30 minutes before you perform all three levels of cleaning again.
If the print quality is acceptable, touch Done.
