This is the second ink cartridge that prints blue until the cartridge is about halfway used, then it prints blue as green instead. I have deep cleaned the head 3 times using the app tool and physically removed the cartridge and cleaned manually 2 times as suggested. Anyone?!

Update the FIRMWARE if available.
If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, then either the cartridge is faulty or depleting or the printer needs to be checked.

The firmware is up to date. I have 2 printers and the issue followed the ink cartridge. I doubt both printers have the same issue at the same time. When I wiped the cartridge with a Q-tip, the color was a dark green, not sure if this is normal. I have ordered a new cartridge since I only have one set and will keep you posted.

Ok, so the issue is the ink cartridge. It is more than half full, is not expired ( expiration date 08/2024) and purchased directly from HP website. I am trying to return it but the website doesn't give me that option anywhere that I can find. Site keeps sending me to the bot tech and ends chat when I tell it that replacing the cartridge resolved the issue. Where do I go from here?! Very frustrating for such a simple solution!
