All of a sudden today my printer started printing only in light grey instead of black.  I have checked ink levels on the black cartridge but it is at over 50%.  I have cleaned printer heads.  I have made sure the  preferences are set to grey scale  off.  What else can I do to get back to printing  black?

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve black not printing on your Officejet 4620 printer.  If the steps there do  not resolve the issue you can try manually cleaning the printhead as shown in the post here.
