Hi @Catlady302,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 printing only in pink!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

1. Check Ink Levels and Cartridges

Ensure the ink cartridges are correctly installed and have sufficient ink:

Check ink levels:

  • Access the printer’s control panel.
  • Navigate to "Ink Levels" to verify that all cartridges have sufficient ink.

Reinstall ink cartridges:

  • Open the ink cartridge access door.
  • Remove and reinstall each cartridge to ensure proper installation.
  • Close the ink cartridge access door.

2. Run Printer’s Diagnostic Tools

Use the printer’s built-in tools to diagnose and fix printing issues:

  1. Print Quality Diagnostic Page:
    • Access the printer’s control panel.
    • Go to "Setup" > "Printer Maintenance" > "Print Quality Report".
    • Follow the instructions to print and inspect the diagnostic page.

3. Clean Printhead

Printhead issues can cause color discrepancies. Clean the printhead using the printer’s maintenance options:

  1. Access cleaning options:
    • Go to "Setup" > "Printer Maintenance" > "Clean Printhead".
    • Select clean levels (starting with level 1 and progressing to level 3 if necessary).

4. Update Firmware and Drivers

Kindly refer to this link to update your printer firmware.

Update drivers:

  • Download the latest printer driver for your operating system from the HP Support website.

5. Check Printer Settings

Incorrect color settings can affect print output. Verify your printer settings:

Access printer settings:

  • Open the print dialog in your application.
  • Navigate to "Printer Properties" or "Preferences".

Check color settings:

  • Ensure settings are configured for color printing.
  • Disable any settings that might alter color output (e.g., monochrome, grayscale).

I hope this helps.
