Install HP Smart App:
- Download the App: Ensure you have the HP Smart app installed on your mobile device. It's available on both App Store for iOS and Google Play for Android.
- Configure Printer: Open the HP Smart app, follow the prompts to add your printer, and ensure that both your phone and printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
Connecting via Wi-Fi:
- Wi-Fi Connection: Make sure your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your mobile device. You can connect the printer by accessing the setup menu on the printer's touchscreen and selecting your Wi-Fi network.
- Network Stability: A stable Wi-Fi connection is crucial, so ensure your router is functioning properly and located near the printer and phone.
Using Wi-Fi Direct:
- Enable Wi-Fi Direct: If you're unable to use a Wi-Fi network, you can use Wi-Fi Direct. Enable Wi-Fi Direct on your printer from the control panel.
- Connect to Printer's Wi-Fi Direct Network: On your phone, go to Wi-Fi settings, find and connect to your printer's Wi-Fi Direct network. Use the password displayed on the printer's control panel if prompted.
Print from Mobile Device:
- Document Selection: Open the document or photo you want to print on your mobile device.

Troubleshooting:
