The private message icon is no longer showing. When I tried to access the private messages via a link from an old email notification, this is what it said, "You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action."

How do I get the privileges back?

Thank you. That information is not readily available, otherwise it would have saved me a lot internet solution hunting. From your last post, ranking up didn't seem to have worked for you. Do you know of any other way?
