Product: HP Pro 9015

Moved and trying to set up my HP Pro 9015.  I was attempting to install the print cartridges.  They will not snap in place.  I've never had this happen before. What could I be doing wrong.

Are these the ink cartridges that came with the Printer?  What is he cartridge number? Is the Printer enrolled in the Instant Ink Program?
