Product: HP DeskJet 2633 All-in-One Printer

until recently i had a subscription with hp instant ink. however after MANY MANY issues i cancelled and went out and bough cartridges. i bought a tesco own brand compatible cartridge (black only) did the whole set up thing and now it won’t print it keeps coming up with cartridge error. i have gone through very possible virtual agent troubleshooting tip, the whole plug in and out stuff. but i’m now 4 days in and about to loose my *****!

how in gods name do i get my printer to recognise the cartridge and start printing? Any help VERY gratefully received. thank you
