I mistakenly ordered off brand cartridges, and decided to try magenta and yellow cartridges while waiting for HP cartridge order. Colors did not print correctly. Replaced the magenta and yellow with HP cartridges. Colors still not printing correctly:
red=pink
royal blue = dirty medium blue
green - dirty medium blue
I have unplugged and reset printer, but that did not change anything.
Trying to print color name tags.

I understand how frustrating it must be to see incorrect colors even after switching back to HP cartridges, especially when you just want your prints to look right.
Update the firmware. Click here
