@Daisy4860, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printing issue!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If you are experiencing difficulties printing with your HP Envy printer even though you have paid for both the HP All-In Plan and Instant Ink Plan, there could be several reasons behind this issue. Here are steps to resolve printing problems:

Connection Problem:

  • Message Display: If your printer displays messages like "Connection Problem, Please Connect Printer to the Internet" or "Printer Not Connected to the Internet", the printer is disconnected from your wireless network.
  • Solution: Reconnect your printer to the internet to resume printing.

Payment Method Issue:

  • Message Display: If you see messages indicating "Check your Account or Printer Cannot Print", your payment method might need to be updated.
  • Solution: Go to HP Smart website, sign in with your account credentials, click Account, then HP All-In Plan Shipping & Billing, and manage your payment method.

Payment Problems or Account Suspended:

  • Messages Displayed: Your printer plan might have been suspended due to declined payment or needing payment information updates.
  • Solution: Update your payment information on your HP Instant Ink account page. Enter necessary credit/debit card details, IBAN number for direct debit, or link your PayPal account.

Account Problem:

  • Message Display: Some messages like "Declined Payment", "Account Problem", "Payment Problem" might display.
  • Solution: Fix the problem by updating your payment method as described above.

How to Update Payment Information

Here are the steps to update payment information for both plans:

HP All-In Plan:

  • Go to the HP Smart website and sign in with your account credentials.
  • Click Account in the left menu, then HP All-In Plan Shipping & Billing.
  • Click Manage your payment method under your payment method section.

Instant Ink Plan:

  • Sign into your Instant Ink account.
  • Click Account in the left menu, then Billing or Shipping & Billing.
  • Click Manage your payment method.
  • Enter required payment information (credit/debit cards, direct debit, PayPal).

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
