Called HP Help line with my printer issue, which they suggested was a paper jam, which I knew it was not. Took it back to Best Buy where I bought it and they told me they don’t work on printers. The manager looked at it and said that the ink cartridges were jammed and he would be unable to remove the cartridges without damaging the printer and suggested I just buy a new one.
No manual was available to help me with my issue, the help line was helpless and so my only recourse was to recycle the printer and buy a new one. (Epson this time)
I kept getting charged for my instant ink, even though the printer was offline since last November of 2024, and I was out of town from November through February and unable to deal with the issue.
Fast forward to March…and I have been unable to get the subscription cancelled until today because of signing on and changing passwords a hundred times over two or three days due to site unable to recognize me…I finally got it cancelled and was informed that they will continue to deduct charges for the ink, which has not been used since last November, until late April!!
This has been another high tech nightmare.
