Firmware updated, now i get the message that there is a problem with the supply.

We will have to downgrade the printer firmware to resolve this issue.

 

I have sent you a private message with a set of instructions to perform a reset. Kindly check the same, this might help you to resolve this issue. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

I received a notification on your reply but didn't see the little envelope thing, how do I retrieve your message?
Forgot to mention I m on a Mac, is the firmware reset procedures stay the same?
