Upon first time installation of cartridges, the K cartridge is reading, one or more cartridges are missing or damaged. I have followed instructions in shutting off the power, unplugging the printer and restarting the printer. I’ve done this three times. And it’s still reading one or more cartridges are missing or damaged. It is the K cartridge that appears to have the problem. What should I do?

Maybe the toner cartridge is not suit for your printer. You should check it if it match your printer. if you not confirm. You can search our website https://trueimagetech.com/. You will find the product and match your printer. And there are many ways about your problems.

this is a BRAND NEW PRINTER straight from the factory opening and installing the printer ink you sent for the FIRST TIME. I should be able to install the ink and print.
I have no clue as to any other issues opening box for the first time
