Hi im facing an issue, my printer wont print in color. I already cleaned it. Tried using the HP doctor. Still nothing. The second problem is that some functions from the HP doctor dont work for me like cleaning the heads. I have the orginal ink witch was recently put in. From time to time blue color will show up, but then on the next testing print its already gone. So technicly the color must be working since sometimes it shows up. Black prints normaly tho. I have all recent drivers, and the paper doesnt seem to be the problem. The ink is not dry as well as the heads.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
