Problem with ink jet cartridges hp 962 for printer hp office jet 9020 all on one

I installed four new colors black and cyan and magenta and yellow into the printer from the box which I purchased through Amazon it was the 962 series which is compatable with my printer model. So after installing them two colors come up with a message saying  incompatible cyan and yellow. I went through all trouble shooting steps to see if it’s just the printer acting up. I even tried to update the firmware for the printer which came back failed to update and I even updated the printer software itself still not working. Now I’d like to know what other options are available besides buying another two cartridges or more and no I’m not under warranty. If anyone has any solutions or have run into this issue please reach out to me here or via email. I have saw for other ink cartridges models that the firmware is to blame and that they could send me two free cartridges after the frustration but I doubt it at this point because I’m not in warranty. So any tips would be appreciated thank you

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the cartridge replacement options.
