hi !
My printer do not print in B&w (blank sheet) and very bad with colors.
I have a brand new set of cartridges (130€!) original.
attached the result of a color printing.
I’ve already cleaned the printhead and aligned print head
please Help me , I’ve spent a lot of money for the new cartridges:((((

Hi Betty, thanks for your reply and sorry for the delay in writing to you but I was away from home.
The cartridges are new, original and just purchased.
I tried to make a copy in black and white but the result is a completely blank page, so it doesn't print.
While in colour the result is what I have already sent you, of very bad quality.
I tried to align the printheads and the result is that it only writes with red ink, giving me an error message (but the paper I use
is common white paper). I tried cleaning the heads but the result is very bad and does not improve.
What can I do now ?

I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this as this could be a hardware issue.
