HP Recommended

I bought my HP 9013 printer in November 2019, so it is out of warranty. Until two days ago I never had problems with it. Two days ago I replaced the magenta cartridge, without problems. Then I had a message that the cyan cartridge was "depleted". I replaced the cyan cartridge, the printer went through a maintenance cycle and then told me that there was "a problem with the supply system". I tried putting in a new cyan cartridge but had the same error message. I have tried the other tips on HP Support, including unplugging the printer whilst it was on and then connecting it, jiggling the printhead and removing and replacing each cartridge in turn. the firmware is up to date according to HP Smart.
Where do I go from here?
