I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8710, The message shows there is a problem with the supply system. I ran a diagnostic and it shows my cyan cartridge is empty. The cartridge was low, but not empty. I replaced it with a new cartridge and still got the same message. Then I noticed blue ink had leaked into the cartridge carriage. I tried cleaning it out as much as I could. I'm still get the same message, problem with the supply system.

Please clarify the EXACT error message, a matter of a word difference can indicate a completely different error, if you may add a screenshot of the entire error message this would be great.
Also, hide the icon and click the Ink drop icon, how are the current ink levels for any of the 4 ink cartridges? any empty cartridge would prevent printing.
When you say "Then I noticed blue ink had leaked into the cartridge carriage" - do you refer to the carriage itself in the center, or may you refer to the waste area located in the right side of the carriage?
