Da una decina di giorni ho sostituito il toner con uno originale HP ; Tutto bene fino a quando la stampante ha smesso di funzionare, sul display lampeggia costantemente il punto esclamativo e da Hp Smart compare un messaggio che testualmente dice " si è verificato un problema e non sarà possibile stampare finchè il problema non sarà risolto. Accedere al proprio accaunt Hp per verificare lo stato."  Il toner vine correttamente riconsociuto dalla stampa diretta dalla stampante e segnalato come carico.  Grazie a chi potrà aiutarmi

About ten days ago I replaced the toner with an original HP ; All good until the printer has stopped working, the exclamation mark constantly flashes on the display and a message appears from Hp Smart that literally says "a problem has occurred and you will not be able to print until the problem is solved. Access your Hp account to check the status." The toner is correctly recognized by direct printing from the printer and reported as load. Thanks to those who can help me
