Problemas con mis nuevos cartuchos

Hola hace unos dias me suscribi al plan que ofrece HP para obtener instant ink , resulta q me llegaron los nuevos cartuchos y despues que los instale no me deja imprimir nada , me sale un mesaje que debo registrar mi impresora  eso ya lo hice y n el sitio de instant ink ya no se que mas hacer .
