Color laser jet managed E65150
Microsoft Windows 11

In my office, we have a Color LaserJet Managed E65150 business printer. Upon receiving it, it was tested and worked perfectly, using only the print test. However, due to administrative issues, the printer had to be stored back in its box and was not used for a year.

When reinstalling it after that period, it started showing printing issues. Specifically, on the right half of the page, it does not print magenta and yellow, while the left half prints correctly. Black and white prints are made without any problems. Initially, it was thought that the issue was caused by the toner cartridges for those colors, so they were replaced, but the problem persists. The firmware was also updated, and the print settings were adjusted, but to no avail.

The printer is practically new, but since more than a year has passed since its purchase, we can no longer request support from HP. I would greatly appreciate it if you could offer a solution.
