Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Put in a new color cartridge, printer is not printing in color. Receiving a message that I am printing on a single cartridge.  Made no changes for this. Can't figure out how to correct it. Went on Virtual Asst. and followed those trouble shooting instructions, only to find out my warranty expired on 6/30/2022, so I can't get any direct help.  Our aunt recently passed away and I need to print a color picture of her to have a 3D picture cube made of her to give to my cousin. Please help! Thanks in advance.
