HP Deskjet 3520 Inkjet Printer
Other

Purchased a HP Deskjet 3520 printer online with the understanding (based on your web page) that it uses (5)  HP 564 ink cartridges.  Opened it and found it required only 2 different ink cartridges (one black HP27 and one tri-color HP28).  Was the website wrong?  Does HP still make a printer that uses 5 HP 564 ink cartridges and if so, how can I get one?  I'm confused.

Hi @Danthemanx,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I understand you need information regarding Ink for your HP Deskjet 3520. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

The Printer does support 564 Ink cartridges. Currently HP does not manufacture any new printer model that supports this ink.

However 564 Ink cartridge is compatible with the below listed printers:

  • HP DeskJet 3520, 3521, 3522, 3525, 3526; HP OfficeJet 4620, 4622
  • This cartridge works with: HP PhotoSmart B8550, C6340, C6350, C6380, D5445, D5460, D7560, 5510, 5511, 5512, 5514, 5515, 5520, 5522, 5525, 6510, 6512, 6515, 6520, 6525, 7510, 7515, 7520, 7525, Plus, Premium, eStation

I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!
