I understand that you are getting a printhead error on y our HP printer, I am glad to assist you.

 

It definitely looks like a hardware issue with the printer and it needs to be replaced. Let's try these steps first:

 

  • Step 1: Use genuine HP ink cartridges
  • Step 2: Reset the printer
  • Step 3: Remove the ink cartridges
  • Step 4: Clean the ink cartridges, and then check the error message
  • Step 5: Update the printer firmware
