Product: HP ENVY 5014 All-In-One Printer.

 

I purchased and used the above printer in USA and shifted to India .So i want to use this printer in India now.Please help me to reset the region instruction and compatible ink for this printer in India.

I understand you have moved and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.

 

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

Hi Rainbow23,

 

Thanks for your response to my queries.I need some more in detail information.Please guide me.

 

  • Please provide printer's full feature software lists so that i can install on my laptop.
  • I had subscription for HP instant ink previously(2020).Some ink/cartridge are available with me but i don't have any subscription for HP instant ink now.I think its no use for me now. Is there any way to reuse it , please suggest otherwise i can buy new cartridge/ink in India .Please suggest the compatible ink/cartridge in India for this printer.(It will be very helpful)

  • Current Location Country:-India
  • operating System :-Windows 10 Home (64-bit)
  • OS version:-22H2
