Hi @Julswim,

When you purchase an HP Envy 6132e All-in-One Printer, you may be eligible for an Instant Ink trial offer which can provide free ink for a specified period, such as 9 months. To access this offer, you typically need to find a promo code. Here's how you might locate it:

  1. Included Documentation: Check all the paperwork included in the printer's box. Look for any HP Instant Ink information or special offer cards that may contain the promo code.
  2. Printer Packaging: Sometimes, the promo code might be printed on the printer packaging or on an insert in the box.
  3. Email Confirmation: If you registered your printer with HP, they may send an email with an offer details, including any promo codes.
  4. HP App: Use the HP App to set up your printer. During the setup process, you may receive a prompt to activate the Instant Ink trial, which can include the promo code or automatically apply it.

Once you have the promo code, you can either apply it during the Instant Ink sign-up process or it may be applied automatically via the HP Smart App during setup.
