I bought a new HP ink cartridge black and color of number 46 which fits my printer. As son as I bought them I checked them by scanning qr codes of them and it showed that they were genuine. So I installed them in my printer. Here where the problem occurs. It is telling and blinking a light that HP protected cartridges are installed but I never enabled that option and also went through the articles posted by you and also checked if it is enabled by itself. But not it is in disabled option only. Again I bought two more cartridges and installed them in the printer and it is repeating the same error message again and again. I tried restarting printer and also printer factory defaults, also checked for updates but printer is up to date. So I contacted you why is this happening with my printer only even I have installed new cartridges in it.
