I bought new pair of genuine HP ink cartridge of both colour and black ones online in flipkart, few months ago.  After coming I even scanned them with the given label on it and it showed genuine. So I kept it aside and now after installing into my printer it says protected cartridges are installed. How can the genuine cartridges be the protected ones again. I tried all the methods like resetting printer and everything but nothing worked. Now I want you to tell me what should I do. It says protected but the printer says protected catrdiges are installed, I have just put them in my printer, OT got up with error message popping again protected catrdiges installed. So tell me what to do.
