I have had this printer working fine. But the last two trips to Office Depot, the printer won't print color (blue or yellow, sometimes red). This time, in the first five minutes, I checked the levels and they're not half full. I took a snapshot. Can I upload this photo? I think something is seriously wrong with the product that is shipping under the HP label

Hi @FaithNoMore
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds frustrating to deal with printing issues, especially after purchasing new cartridges. Unfortunately, I can't view or process images, but I can help troubleshoot the problem. Here are some steps you can take:
1. Check Cartridge Installation
- Ensure the cartridges are properly installed. Remove and reinsert them to ensure a secure connection.
2. Clean Print Head
- Use the printer's maintenance tools to clean the print head. This can often resolve issues with color not printing properly.
3. Check for Updates
- Make sure your printer's firmware is up to date. Check the HP website for any available updates for your printer model.
4. Run a Print Quality Diagnostic
- Print a diagnostic page to see if the colors are coming out correctly. This can help identify if it's a cartridge issue or something else.
5. Check for Software Issues
- Sometimes, the issue may be related to the software or drivers. Uninstall and reinstall the printer software on your computer.
6. Inspect Cartridges for Damage
- Check the cartridges for any visible damage or defects. If you suspect they're faulty, consider returning them to Office Depot for a replacement.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
