Product: HP LaserJet Pro 400 Printer M401dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi i have an m401dn laserjet and a lot of genuine hp tones.I last used an hcf280x/ce505x and as it ends now i am trying to use a new one genuine ce505xc but it seems it doesnt fit because it is stucked in the beggining of inserting and feels that there is an obstacle. What is the difference between ce505x and ce505xc and ce505xd. 05xd (i have a ce505xd also but i didnt tried). Is my printer compatible only with hcf280x?And if yes why is been working perfectly with previous toner hcf280x/ce505x and now i can not insert and relpace it with ce505xc?I didnt tried yet ce505xd. 05xd .....
THANK YOY IN ADVANCE
