Product: OfficeJet Pro 9015e
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a new HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e.  This is my first HP Printer.  I just purchased a 962 4 pack and have never purchased HP Ink before.  The ink cartridges are not wrapped in any way, nor do they have any removable covers on them.  Are they supposed to be wrapped or do they come this way, ready to install straight out of box.

You are fine, the ink cartridges are just in a card box nothing else, to reduce plastic waste.
