Hi, I have bought HP printer somehow it didnt work properly, I call live agent and he verified after multiple test, this printer is defective. Now HP has send one refurbished printer instead of original. That 9125 e printer has completely wrong ink cartridge chamber, which I can not install ink inside. Its look like, some refurbished tech. has installed wrong part to this printer and without quality check , he sended to customer. Its like somebody installed Toyota Car Engine to Honda car, and without check , shipped customer,WRONG INK CARTRIDGE CHAMBER
REFURB. TECH. INSTALLED WRONG
ORIGINAL INK CHAMBER SHOULD BEHow it is gonna run. Since last 45 days I am talking to different representative, but escalation department manager never reply. Its make me wonder how he represents big company like HP. I need solution and waiting for answer.
Why he sended refurbished printer which is completely disable and not replying despite every single day customer service talk.

@suffering1, Thank you for reaching out. I understand how frustrating this situation must be, and I appreciate your patience.
To ensure we resolve this quickly, could you please confirm the replacement order number or case ID? This will help us identify any errors in the replacement process and find the best solution for you.
Additionally, you can check the correct ink cartridge for your printer based on your region using this link: HP Cartridge Compatibility Guide.
If the replacement printer indeed has the wrong cartridge chamber, we will escalate the issue accordingly.
