I've had two hp 9125e printers, had to send both back and don't want another of that model. I ordered a hp 8139e that doesn't use the same ink cartridges, so i need to return unused ones to Instant Ink. How is that done? Too many to fit in one or two mailing bags.

Hi @JSTRAGMAN,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
HP Instant Ink or Toner cartridges are the property of HP and must be returned when empty or when your service is canceled. Return empty supplies using a recycling envelope or a prepaid return address label from HP.
To return empty Instant Ink or Toner supplies:
Use the recycling envelope or prepaid shipping label that came with your last shipment of replacement supplies.
If you do not have an envelope or label, order more on your account page or HP Planet Partners website.
Instant Ink customers: Order return supplies on the account page.
Sign into your Instant Ink account or your Instant Ink for Business account.
Click HP Instant Ink, and then Overview in the left menu.
Click Recycle your ink cartridge or Recycle your toner cartridge at the bottom of the Cartridge Status area.
HP All-in Plan for Print customers: Order return supplies at HP Planet Partners.
Use the recycling envelope or shipping label to return the parts:
Ink cartridges: To maximize environmental benefits, wait until you have three to eight empty ink cartridges before returning them to HP.
Toner cartridges: Apply the prepaid shipping label to an old Instant Ink toner box or your own box.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

HI, Rachel571. Thanks for the effort. I know how to return empty cartridges, and had to go to the post office to put an overfull envelope in the out-going wide-mouth bin. MY question involved returning FULL or "unempty" carts. I have a box full of them; won't all fit in a return envelope or two. The ink shipments I received contained NO return shipping labels. So now I'll just wait until I can speak with an Instant Ink agent, and ask for a resolution.
