I bought my printer a couple of weeks ago, was told there was a 6 month free trial.  Set the printer up that evening and went through the entire process of signing up for instant ink.  Even now it doesn't show on my account that I am in the free trial.  Just that I'm on the 300 page per month plan.  There also was not an option two weeks ago to sign up for the trial.  There was no code supplied with my printer either - HP Envy Pro 6432.  Can someone help?

Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?

Hi Jay_G24,

 

Thanks I can now see the below on my account.  I cannot see the "Accept as Solution" or "Kudos, Thumbs Up" anywhere though.  Have tried with google chrome and Edge browsers.
