Hi,

I have recently purchased HP ENVY 6032 printer which provides 5 month trial for HP Instant Ink. I have now registered with Instant Ink, but it doesn't shows that I am under a 5 month trial, instead it says we will start the billing when I'll install the first Instant Ink. I registered to Instant Ink on the same day of setting up my printer via 123.HP.com and HP Smart App. I didn't get any option to activate free trial. Please help.

Hi, if you go to Instantink.com you will find a support phone number on the right side of the page about halfway down.  Please give your local support a call and they will be able to help you get your free month trial if it is not showing up.
