Hi, I signed up to a paid plan of instant ink as you mention but did not receive any offer of free ink. My printer was supposed to have 5 months free. When I sign into my instant ink account, there is no mention of free months. I signed up the same day I bought and registered my printer. I have left a few support requests and left messages through a number of your portals but no reply. Can you help?

HI, if you go to InstantInk.com you will find a local support phone number on the right hand side about halfway down the page.  Please call them and they will help you get the 5 free months.
