HP Recommended

Different printer but same problem with not accepting my new print cartridges after last update. I had used the same cartridges prior to the update just fine.   I had to go to Printer Scan Dr. and download to get it to work for printing.  I just had to do the same thing for scanning.  It fixed the problem after numerous attempts over weeks and a lot of wasted paper and ink! 

 

I think HP is now getting more vigorous in their attempts to sell their print cartridges and the updates are making that attempt more promising.  Very frustrating and since I own the printer, I should not have the frustration of dealing with the wasted time and dollars for wasted products.  It's not right!!  All my equipment is HP and I don't think I will buy their product again.  That's how disgruntled I am with their latest update.  I wouldn't recommend to my family or friends either.
