HP Recommended

I have a 7610. I've used aftermarket cartridges for a couple of years. After recently installing new cartridges, I get "One or more cartridges are damaged". There's nothing wrong with the cartridges. HP has abused our trust by sending malware through our network to destroy my printer if it detects anything but "genuine" HP cartridges. I want my printer or my money back.

I understand you are not able to use the ink cartridges.

 

HP does not recommend the use of non-HP ink cartridges. It may or may not work. HP cannot guarantee its functionality.

 

To resolve any ink cartridge-related issues, refer to - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and Blinking Lights

 

If the issue persists, use an HP ink cartridge to check if that works. You may visit Hp Store to check and order the compatible ink cartridges.
