HP Officejet Pro 8610e, I am posting since Years for support in regards of a Regional Reset.

Cases were closed for no reasons, Posts removed because of duplicate Entries, or regarding no reply.

Recently I had a promising support from Zoey---- with instructions, vague ones, but I was able to retrievet the required Informations and submitted, but suddenly it went Quiet when I was asked about my Location and I replied with "Germany".

Again, my beloved Printer, bought in Germany, worked very well, supported 3 Children with all sorts of Queries, plus normal day to day printing. Until a Printhead message appeared. I replaced the Printhead, bought in Germany, I belive I had ordered it including Cartridges. I bought additional Cartridges in Germany, just in Case.

I am holding 3 complete Sets of German bought Cartridges but the Printer ask for Z10 models, US and Canada?

So all I ask is for a regional reset to enable my German bought Printer to work again with my German bought Cartridges Z20. All preconditions are met and I have acces to the Printer during day times in Germany.

I kindly ask for help in that endless Story, with kind regards, Dieter
