I have this same issue with the colour cartridge. I've tried every solution including replacing the cartridge but the problem persists. The printer has had only very light use although it is out of warranty. I wish I could get this problem sorted.

Well I thought it was resolved but the problem returned the next day. There seem to be lots of us with this issue.

I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this as this could be a hardware issue.

I have the same issue and finally spoke to a customer service representative and was told the only way to fix this was to purchase new ink even though I have 2 brand néw HP cartridges?

That was absolutely no help at all.  Is there a solution to this problem, or are we wasting our time, and money, here?

How did you find someone to talk to?  I have done the same thing, have wasted $200 on cartridges that will not work.
