Hi, I bought a new connection cable (printer to computer) and the printer and scanner worked again. I’m still having problems with the scanner, it scans okay but don’t seem to save the document.
I also downloaded an update for the printer as mine is at least 8 y.o.
Failing the above I guess you need an upgrade.
I initially used the cable from my external memory box, which was the same as the printer; that’s how I realised the cable was the problem.
