OMG - I'm on hold right now with support to find out what the heck is going on!  I am using the 902 regular size and the support online says that it has been identified as a problem, and that new cartridges have been sent or will be sent.  I've exchanged the cyan cartridge 3 times with no luck.  Not printing blue at all.  Have been on hold forever.  Was disconnected once already, am in a loop, and pretty sure they are going to disconnect me again.
