It said ink was low so i put genuine ink and it still says low. I literally tried everything. Virtual assistant was annoying and didn't help at all. I finally got this phone number and case number. I called the number and it went to auto message saying it's been scammed that I will get scam calls. What in the world is going on.

Which cartridge has been replaced? is it the Black or the Tri-Color ink cartridge?
Following or above the Low Ink message, can you see a circle (Black cartridge) or three dots (Tri-Color)?
