I bought a new Cayan cartridge and it is incompatible which led me ask questions and find out that every cartridge in my 3 month old printer are under recall. The one cartridge I was able to find today at a retailer (Magenta) it is within the recall date and they should not have sold it to me. Spent time on the phone with HP yesterday and all he could do is apologize 100 times about my issue but continued to tell him he could "sell" me a new black and yellow cartridges. I run my business out of my house and have a 3 month old printer that I can not use at this point. Trying to open a case but the website is extremely very difficult to navigate. I need to talk to someone that can help!!!!

I just bought a hp8035e for a gift and it uses the 910 ink cartridges. Can you please tell me what are the dates of the recall? I haven't found anything on the recall and I called HP and as you know you get a run around.

This is beyond frustrating! I tried to fill out the online form for replacement and after all that trouble of trying to see the serial number twice, the final step does not work! I need working cartridges ASAP please.
