Product: HP Pavillion
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

How is HP going to compensate owners of their printers that are of no use because of the recall on the ink cartridges.  HP6970 is the printer, ink cartridge is 902.  Just spent 100.00 on ink that is useless.
