I purchased a 4 pack of 910 ink cartridges. I keep getting an error message that the cyan is defective. I read that there is a recall on cartridges made in Maylasia and with a date that that correspondes to what I bought May 2022. How is this being resolved?
Do all of the cartridges need to be replaced or just the cyan?

Be sure to provide your printer information, then the ink cartridges information by following the steps on screen to get a resolution according to your exact scenario.
Also, you may follow the steps to print using black ink only till getting any applicable color cartridge replaced.

Up date to my original post.
I received 1 yellow replacement cartridge. It did not resolve the problem. I have the same error message that I have a defective cartridge. What is the next step? Am I to receive a blue cartridge since that was also part of the recall?
