A update recently downloaded to my printer and since the update it will not recognize any of my compatiable toner cartridges. Says "Supply problem", didn't have this problem till update. Had just printed a few jobs before it updated. HELP!!!!

Can you help me--Charmboy. I posted similar question today November 27. I did NOT change cartridge, but I am getting the message that the yellow cartridge is not communicating with the printer. It looks like some people say that HP changed some operating system. I do not want to buy an expensive Yellow cartridge, when that might not even help. I want to print now---how do I get the printer to proceed with the existing cartridges which it did accept previously.
